Tilt head sideways and place 10-20 drops of ClearCanal Glycerin drops into each ear canal by squeezing the plastic dropper bottle provided with this system. The tip of bottle should not enter ear canal. Keep drops in ear for 10 minutes by keeping head tilted or placing enclosed ear plugs in ears. Remove ear plugs. Attach the special drainage collection cup to the canister to avoid the rinse solution dripping out of your ear. Flush ears with the NeilMed ClearCanal specially designed actuator nozzle for 10 seconds or as desired to achieve adequate flushing. Gently tilt head side to side to drain out residual liquid and dry ears with a clean dry towel wrapped on a finger. On rare instances, individuals may experience pressure in the ears. If this occurs, stop rinsing. If symptoms, persists please seek medical attention or contact. NeilMed directly. Some users prefer to use the bulb syringe, so we are providing a soft medical grade silicone ear syringe and a tip. The syringe is specially designed to easily pull apart for cleaning. Please use only warm purified water and body temperature which is around 98.6 degrees F or 37 degrees C. All the components of the syringe can be cleaned with soap and a water and sterilized by placing in boiling water for five minutes. Use up to twice per week, or as recommended by your physician. You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
