Miso Soup: Combine 1/2 cup of water and 1 level teaspoon miso (or more to your taste). Mix well. Stove: In a small pot, bring to boil. Do not over boil. Microwave: Use a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute or until hot. Add desired amount of chopped tofu and/or sea vegetables (wakame). Garnish with chopped green onions and a twist of lemon peel. Because our miso is all natural (unpasteurized, with no preservatives and high in enzymatic activity), a slight swelling of this container may occur. Keep refrigerated.
