Cook as directed. Stovetop: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook frozen plant-based strips covered, over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Add thawed sauce and cook for 1 minute. Toss to coat chick'n and serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. On a nonstick baking sheet, bake frozen plant-based strips for 12 to 14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Toss in thawed sauce to coat chick'n and serve. Countertop Air Fryer: Arrange single layer of frozen plant-based strips on bottom of fryer basket or rack. Cook at 400 degrees F for 9 to 12 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Toss in thawed sauce to coat chick'n and serve. Sauce Pack: Place sauce pack in bowl of hot water for 3 minutes to thaw. For food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. 165 degrees F; Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
