Must be cooked. Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions (Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F. We strive to produce a fully boneless product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present): Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended - cook from frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat to 400 degrees F. Apply a light oil spray to an aluminum foil lined baking sheet; Add frozen product and cook for 15 minutes. No turning of the product is required. Pan Fry: In pan lightly sprayed with cooking oil, cook 1 to 2 servings of frozen product over low to medium heat for approximately 10-1/2 minutes, turning the product over frequently. Microwave Oven: Cook 1 serving (7 bites) on high power for 1-1/2 minutes. Cook 2 servings (14 bites) on high power for 2-1/2 minutes.
