How to cook'em. Do not thaw and refreeze. Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly. The internal temperature of this product needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Make sure product is cooked thoroughly by measuring the temperature in several spots. Stove Top: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over high heat until very hot. Add frozen peppers and onions; stir-fry until heated, approximately 4-5 (microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not microwave in bag. For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degree F) minutes. Season to taste and serve. Microwave place frozen peppers and onions in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Microwave on high for 4-6 (microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not microwave in bag. For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F.) Minutes until tender.
