Ingredients
Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Organic Sugar, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Baking Soda, Corn Starch), Organic Natural Flavor, Organic Cinnamon, Salt, Baking Soda.
Directions
Pancake & Waffle Instructions: Pancakes (4 inches) 1 cup Arrowhead Mills pancake & waffle mix. 1 Tbsp oil. 1 Cup milk or water. Preheat griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375 degree F. Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may still be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking. Scoop pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Waffles (6 inches): 1 Cup Arrowhead Mills pancake & waffle mix. 1 Tbsp oil. 1 Cup milk or water. Preheat waffle iron. Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may still be slightly lumpy. Let batter may stand for 2 minutes before cooking. Bake batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or untill steaming stops and waffles are golden brown. Tips and Tricks: For fluffier pancakes, reduce milk or water to 1/2 cup and add an egg. Try in other recipes like blueberry fluffier bread, and more at arrowheadmills.com.
