Bread Mix (flour [wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Sugar, Baking Powder [sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate], Salt, Natural Lemon Flavor, Citric Acid, Turmeric Extract Color), Carnation Evaporated Milk (milk, Dipotassium Phosphate, Carrageenan, Vitamin D3), Glaze (powdered Sugar [sugar, Cornstarch], Corn Syrup, Water, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Citric Acid, Ground Lemon Peel [lemon Peel, Water, Citric Acid], Natural Flavors, Agar Gum, Pectin, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Mono & Diglycerides).

Directions

You will add: 2 large eggs, 1-half cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoon water. Use 1 stick (1-half cup) melted butter in place of oil to add a buttery flavor. 1. Preheat oven to 325F. Lightly grease and flour pan(s) (see chart on the side). 2. Add bread mix, Carnation® Evaporated Milk, eggs, vegetable oil and water to large bowl. Stir just until moistened. 3. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake as directed (see chart in side) or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 4. Cool in pans(s) on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Spread glaze over bread. Cool completely. High Altitude Instruction (3,500 to 6,00 ft.); Add 2 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon flour. Bake as directed. Lemon Bread kit bake chart: 1 8" x 4" loaf is 60 to 70 min; 1 9" x 5" loaf is 55 to 60 min; 3 mini loaves is 40 to 45 min; 12 standard muffins is 21 to 25 min; 1 snack cake 8" x 8" is 40 to 45 min.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
