Cooking Directions:
For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare - Do not refreeze.
Conventional Oven:
1. Place oven rack in center of the oven.
2. Preheat oven to 425°F.
3. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. For best results, flip after 7 minutes of baking.
Note: Oven temperatures may vary. Please adjust heating time and temperature as necessary.
Microwave Use:
1. Place frozen fish in a single layer in a microwave safe dish lined with 2 paper towels.
2. Loosely cover and microwave on high power for about 3 1/2 minutes.
3. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking.
4. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F minimum.
5. Let stand covered m microwave for 2 minutes before serving.
Caution: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food.
Note: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on a 1100-watt oven.
