Pancake & Waffle Instructions: Makes about 8 pancakes. Pancakes (4 inches): 1 cup Arrowhead Mills pancake & waffle mix. 1 tbsp oil. 1 cup milk or water. Preheat griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375 degrees F. Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may still be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking. Scoop pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1-1/2 minutes on each side.
