SIMI's world-class winemaking team simply adjusted the oak aging and implemented techniques to create a lower alcohol wine with 80 calories per 5-oz serving*, yet with the same high-quality taste and full flavor. Aged in French and American oak barrels, this California white wine offers bright acidity with a touch of toasted oak, nuttiness, and vanilla, along with subtle hints of butterscotch and honey rounded out by a mouthwatering finish.
