Cooking Directions: Stovetop: In a saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add frozen lima beans. Stir gently until water returns to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes or until reaching desired tenderness. Avoid overcooking. Drain, season to taste and serve. Microwave: Place frozen lima beans and 3/4 cup of water into a 2-quart microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave on high 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Let stand, covered, 4 minutes.
