Noodles: Wheat Flour, Water, Propylene Glycol, Dried Egg White Powder, Potassium Carbonate, Salt, Sorbitol, Wheat Gluten, Sodium Carbonate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Rapeseed Oil, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Soy Lecithin, FD&C Yellow 5 Soup: Water, Concentrated Chicken Stock, Pork Paitan (Pork Extract, Pork Fat, Salt), Salt, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Pork Extract, Canola Oil, Garlic Puree, Distilled Vinegar, Pork Fat, Onion Puree, Disodium 5’-Inosinate and Disodium 5’-Guanylate, Ginger Puree, Xanthan Gum.
1. In a pot of boiling water, cook noodles for 1 1/2 min. (If frozen, 2 1/2 mins.) and stir well. When done, drain the water thoroughly. 2. In a bowl, add the soup base packet and 1 1/4 cups (300cc) of boiled water. Mix well. 3. In the soup bowl, add the cooked noodles and garnish with vegetables and meat, as desired. For best result, use cooking timer and measuring cup.
Keep frozen.
Good for only 30 days after defrost.
