How to cook recipe-ready 'ulu: Defrost by steaming for 10 minutes, then incorporate into your favorite recipe. Try 'Ulu Wedges by Chef Dan Robayo of Magics Beach Grill. Cut defrosted 'ulu into 1 inch wedges and fry in oil heated to 350 degrees F for 2-3 minutes, or brush with oil and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. When crisp and brown, let cool, season to taste, and serve with ketchup or aioli.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
