Three generations of passion go into each package of our organic sausage - a recipe we like to think we've perfected over the last 70 years. Using our family recipe and the finest grass-fed beef, premium spices and high-quality ingredients (but never any fillers) we slow-craft our sausage in small batches. We simply wouldn't have it any other way. No added nitrites nitrates (except those naturally occurring in sea salt and cultured celery powder). No MSG.

Organic Grass-Fed Beef, Organic Bell Pepper, Water, Salt, Cultured Celery Powder (Celery Powder, Sea Salt), Organic Black Pepper, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Garlic, Organic Turmeric, Encased in a Natural Pork Casing.
Directions
Heating Instructions: Skillet: Fill skillet with 1/2 inch of water and heat to a simmer. Place sausage in skillet and heat for about 12 minutes turning frequently. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place links on baking sheet and heat for about 10 minutes, flipping links half way through. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place Sausage links directly over heat. Grill 6-8 minutes turning frequently to prevent burning. Microwave not recommended Cooking time and temperatures will vary.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
