Nitrates (Except those naturally occurring in sea salt and cultured celery powder). No MSG. Fully cooked. The year was 1949. San Antonians Rufus & Juanita Kiolbassa were convinced people would love a true, hand-crafted sausage made the old fashioned way. It would be slowly smoked with real wood, and made only in small batches with fresh, never frozen, meat. The result? A truly authentic sausage, bursting with rich, natural flavor made with only the finest meats and spices with no fillers, gluten, MSG and no added nitrites or nitrates. (Except those naturally occurring in sea salt and cultured celery powder).

Beef, Water, Jalapeno Peppers, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Organic Cane Sugar, Cultured Celery Powder (celery Powder, Sea Salt), Garlic, Cherry Powder. Encased In A Natural Pork Casing.
Directions
Heating Instructions: Skillet: Fill skillet with 1/2 inch of water and heat to a simmer. Place sausage in skillet and heat for about 12 minutes turning frequently. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 F. Place links on baking sheet and heat for about 10 minutes, flipping links half way through. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place sausage links directly over heat. Grill 6-8 minutes turning frequently to prevent burning. Microwave not recommended. Cooking time and temperatures will vary.
