It can handle all the tasks of a classic chef's knife, but with a different blade shape. The fine edge cuts cleanly, while the granton indents reduce sticking so food releases from the blade much more easily. With a 7-inch blade, this can handle large tasks, but it's not overly large, so it's also useful for small mincing and chopping jobs. Made from high carbon steel, the blade keeps its sharp edge so it doesn't need as much maintenance, and it's also easy to resharpen when needed. The contoured handle is comfortable to hold and it encourages the proper hand position for fatigue-free cutting no matter what's for dinner. Like all fine knives, this should not be washed in the dishwasher, and should be washed carefully by hand.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.
