Laksa Paste (with Laksa Leaves) (Heat Sterilized): Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein), Chili, Shrimp, Ginger, Onion, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), Turmeric, Laksa Leaves (Polygonum Hydropiper), Lemon Grass. Laksa Premix (Dehydrated): Coconut Milk Powder, (Coconut Milk Solids, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate), Salt, Sugar, Potato Starch.
Directions
2-3/4 Cups Water, 1 Packet of Laksa Premix (Included in This Prima Taste Pack), 1 Packet of Laksa Paste (with Laksa Leaves) (Included in This Prima Taste Pack), 15 Oz Cooked Rice Noodle. Cooking: 1. Stir Laksa Premix into 2-3/4 cups water, add Laksa Paste (with Laksa Leaves) and bring to boil. Mix well. [Optional: Add fried bean curd (tau pok) and boil for another 5 minutes.] 2. Cook noodles according to noodle packet instructions. (Noodles are sold separately) Drain well. 3. Garnish each serving; pour hot Laksa gravy over and serve. Optional Garnish: 3 pieces fried bean curd (tau pok), 1 oz cooked bean sprouts, and 2 oz shredded cooked chicken, 2 - 3 prawns. Chef's Tips: You can substitute fried bean curd (tau pok) with tofu. Rice noodles may be substituted with spaghetti, linguini, dry rice vermicelli or Hokkien noodle. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep pack refrigerated and use within 3 days.
