You Will Need: 1 lb. sirloin steak cut in 1/2-inch cubes. 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil. 1-3/4 cups water. 1 Tablespoon butter. In 3 Easy Steps! For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. (1) Cook Rice: Add water, rice, and butter to 2-quart saucepan; stir well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. While rice is cooking. (2) Cook Steak: Stir beef pieces, oil, and seasoning mix in 10-inch non - stick skillet until well coated. Cook over medium - high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until very little liquid remains, and meat begins to char. (3) Serve beef with rice.
