To Thaw in Microwave: Place desired amount of fruit in microwavable bowl. Cover; microwave on defrost according to chart, stirring halfway through. Microwaving full bag is not recommended. Drain if desired, Store thawed fruit in refrigerator. Do not microwave in bag. Microwave wattage (microwave wattages vary; adjust defrost time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not microwave unattended): 1200; Time on defrost for quarter bag 2:00; time on defrost for half bag 4:00.
