Pasta: Extra Fancy Durum Flour (durum Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Dried Whole Egg (whole Egg, Corn Syrup, Salt), Natural Color (wheat Flour, Oleoresin Turmeric, And Oleoresin Paprika), Soy Bean Oil. Filling: Ricotta Cheese (whey, Vinegar, And Salt), Water, Romano Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Enzymes, Salt, <2% Powdered Cellulose), Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Enzymes, Salt, <2% Powdered Cellulose), Cheese Ravioli Seasoning (salt, Dehydrated Eggs, Spices, Dehydrated Parsley).
Directions
Keep frozen. Conventional Cooking: Place frozen Lucca Ravioli into 2 quarts of rapidly boiling water. Occasionally stir gently so ravioli do not stick together or to the pan. Bring water back to a slow boil and cook until done to your preference: about 2 minutes al dente; 6 minutes well done. Drain and serve hot with one of the fine Lucca pasta sauces. Garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese, or chopped fresh herbs, to taste. Microwave Cooking: (Microwave ovens vary. Heating times may require adjustment.). Place frozen Lucca Ravioli into a microwave safe container. Add Lucca pasta sauce to cover. Place cover on container and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir ravioli and sauce. Return to microwave and heat for an additional 1 to 3 minutes on high. Remove from microwave and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese, or chopped fresh herbs, to taste. For Food Safety and Quality Follow These Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly. Heat to minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Note: If only part of a package is used, reseal package and return to freezer.
