Microwave oven: (1000 watt): Remove wrapper. Place on microwave-safe plate and cover with a microwave-safe plate or lid. Cook for 55 – 60 seconds per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let sit 1 minute. Caution: Contents are hot.
