Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula.
Step 1:
Pour desired amount of water into bottle. See chart to right.
Step 2:
Add 1 unpacked level scoop (9.6g) of powder for each 2 fl oz water. (Only use enclosed scoop. Separate it from frame).
Step 3:
Cap bottle; shake well feed baby immediately or refrigerate and use bottle within 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
Your baby's health depends on carefully following the preparation, use, and storage instructions. Use only as directed by your baby's doctor: Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should only be fed to premature infants or infants who may have immune problems as directed and supervised by a doctor. Ask your baby's doctor about infant formula feeding* including how much to feed and the need to sterilize (boil) water and preparation utensils before mixing formula.
To make approx: measure water - add powder.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
