Directions
For Smaller Quantity Preparation:
For a yield of 1 qt. + 1 cup, combine 1-3/4 cups (8 oz. [226g]) of dry mix with 1 qt. of water.
For a yield of 2-1/2 cups, combine 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. (4 oz. [113g]) of dry mix with 2 cups of water.
Boil: Open, Pour, Stir
Directions for Preparing Full Package:
1. Open pouch with our easy tear feature.
2. Pour this full package of mix gradually into 1 gallon of room temperature water.
3. Stir briskly with wire whisk until smooth, bring to boil and continue to stir until thickened.
Yield: 152 fl. oz.
Serve immediately or hold on steamtable.
Recipes: Macaroni and Cheese, Queso Dip.
Store in cool, dry place.
