Riced Cauliflower, Cooked Organic Dark Meat Chicken (organic Dark Meat Chicken, Water, Sea Salt), Organic Onions, Peas, Scrambled Eggs (cage Free Whole Eggs, Water, Tapioca Starch, Sea Salt, Pepper), Carrots, Green Onion, Organic Coconut Aminos (water, Organic Coconut Syrup, Salt), Organic Toasted Sesame Oil, Organic Garlic Powder, Dried Chicken Broth, Mushroom Powder (dried Mushroom, Salt), Salt, Spice.
Directions
Instructions: Step one: heat 1 tablespoo primal kitchen avocado oil in large skillet on medium. High heat for 1 minute. Step two: add contents of the bag to skillet. Stir to break up larger pieces. Then cover. Step three: cook 9 to 11 minutes until lightly browned. Stirring every 2 minutes. For food safety and best quality, follow these cooking instructions: keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly before eating. Adjustment to cooking times may be required due to variations in stovetops. Use caution as product will be hot. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degree F as measured by a food thermometer.
