You Will Need:
- ¼ Cup (1/2 Stick) Butter, Softened
- 1 Egg

Directions:
Heat Oven To 375°F.
1. Beat Butter, Egg And Chocolate Cookie Mix With Hand Mixer Until Blended. Freeze 15 Min. Break White Chocolate In Half. Set Aside Half The Bar. Break Remaining Bar Into 6 Small Rectangles. Break Each Small Rectangle In Half. Pour Chocolate Cookie Crumbs In A Shallow Dish, Setting Aside 1 Tbsp. Of Crumbs.
2. Scoop Dough Into 12 Mounds, Using 1 Tbsp. Dough For Each Mound; Flatten Each Into 2 Inch Rounds. Place 1 Piece Of White Chocolate On Center Of Each Round. Mold Dough Around Chocolate To Completely Enclose Chocolate.
3. Roll In Chocolate Cookie Crumbs In Shallow Dish; Place On Parchment-Covered Baking Sheet. Bake 10 To 12 Min. Until Cookies Are Puffed And Set Around The Edges. Cool 5 Min. Transfer To Wire Racks.
4. Melt Remaining White Chocolate In Microwaveable Bowl On High 1 Min., Stirring After 30 Sec. Drizzle Over Warm Cookies; Top With Reserved Cookie Crumbs.
*White Chocolate Will Harden As It Sits.
Make Drizzling Easy: Add Melted White Chocolate To A Small Sandwich Size Resealable Bag. Cut A Small Corner Of The Bag And Use To Drizzle Over Cookies.
