flour tortilla mix - 2 cups foodclub white flour tortilla mix fc, 1/2 cup warm water, preparation instructions: 1. Measure 2 cups foodclub white flour tortilla mix into mixing bowl. Place dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel to prevent drying, and let dough stand for 15 minutes. 3. Divide dough into 8 equal portions for 6 inch tortillas or 6 equal portions for 8 inch tortillas. Shape dough into balls and cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel. Flatten and roll out balls on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness. 4. Cook on an ungreased hot griddle (400° to 425°f.) or comal, 30-45 seconds on each side. Tortillas should be lightly browned. 5. Stack cooked tortillas and cover to keep warm. Yield 8-6 inch tortillas. Fc = food club brand
