Pan Fry: Cooking Instructions
1. Place desired amount of Longaniza in frying pan or on grill.
2. Cook at medium heat (approx. 275°F) for 10–12 minutes. Rotating occasionally.
3. Cook until done. Minimum internal meat temperature of 160°F.
Keep refrigerated.
