Microwave oven: Place 2 frozen fish fillets in a single layer in a microwave-safe dish. Loosely cover and cook on high power for 5 to 5 1/2 minutes*. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. Let stand covered for about 2 minutes before serving. Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven.
