Microwave cooking instructions: keep frozen until ready to use. Microwave instructions (1100 watt): Pierce film on bowl and place in 1100 watt microwave. Microwave on high for 5 1/2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove from microwave and let stand 1 minute. Avoid steam! Product will be hot! Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time to reach 165 degrees F.
Keep frozen.
