Dehydrated Idaho Potatoes (freshness Preserved With Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bisulfite, And Citric Acid), Mono- And Diglycerides.
Stovetop: 1. Heat water, margarine and salt to boil in saucepan. 2. Remove from heat. 3. Stir in milk and potato flakes with fork until potatoes are desired consistency. Note: For thicker potatoes, stir in additional flakes. For creamier potatoes, stir in additional milk. Microwave: 1. Combine water, margarine, salt and milk in a microwaveable bowl. 2. Stir in potato flakes just until moistened; cover. 3. Microwave on High using time on chart. 4. Stir with fork until potatoes are desired consistency. Caution: Bowl will be hot.
