Directions
Prepare: For food safety and quality keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Microwave: Place face gown in microwave safe dish. Do not puncture package. Microwave in high for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. Special vents in the bag will allow steam to escape while cooking. The pouch should cook inflated at full steam pressure for 30 to 60 seconds). Let bag stand for 2 minutes before opening. Food will be hot. Carefully handle bag at corners and shake gently mix. Tear or cut the top of the bag open. Pour contents out and mix well. Enjoy! Refrigerate any leftovers. Oven Roasting: Microwave frozen package on the high for 3 minutes. Food will be hot. Carefully handle bag at corners and shake gently to mix, pour contents onto aluminum foil lined sheet pan (non-stick or lightly oiled), and spread to a single layer of vegetables. Bake in oven at 425 degrees F for 10 to 20 minutes. Leaves will become charred and crispy as the temperature and time of cooking increase. Remove from oven, allow to cool 60 seconds and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
