The coriander plant gives us two spices, coriander and cilantro. Cilantro comes from the leafy portion of the plant, while coriander comes from the seeds. Although they share a common source, you’d never know it from their flavors. Cilantro has a complex flavor with hints of pepper, sage and lemon. A versatile herb, it’s used in everything from traditional Indian curries and Asian stir-fries to Mexican salsas. Like many herbs, cilantro’s flavor diminishes the longer it’s exposed to heat. So be sure to add it at the end of cooking.
• Traditionally used to flavor Asian, Latin American and Mediterranean dishes
• Top quality and aromatic freshness
• Our spices and herbs don't contain added sugar, fillers or other ingredients
• You'll get the most authentic flavor every time
Directions
Add Cilantro to salsa, guacamole, and bean dips or mix into sour cream and spoon over chili, tacos, and enchiladas.
For ultimate freshness, keep jar closed and away from heat, light, and moisture.
