Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Strips With Rib Meat, Water, Contains 2% Or Less Of The Following: Citric Acid, Corn Starch, Dried Garlic, Dried Green Bell Peppers, Dried Onion, Dried Parsley, Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors, Salt, Spices, Vinegar Solids, Yeast Extract.
Heating Instructions: Skillet (preferred method): 1. Place frozen strips in a single layer on an unheated skillet with 1 Tbsp water and 1 Tbsp cooking oil. 2. Cover and heat on medium for 6 minutes. 3. Uncover, flip strips over, and heat, uncovered, for an additional 6 minutes or until hot. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place frozen strips on baking sheet. 3. Heat 18 to 22 minutes or until hot. Microwave: 1. Arrange frozen strips on microwave safe plate. 2. Heat, covered with microwave safe wrap, on high: 2-4 pieces for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not overheat. 3. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Appliances vary. Heating times approximate.
