Broccoli Rice Casserole (water, Broccoli, Onions, Parboiled Long Grain Rice, American Cheese (cultured Pasteurized Milk And Skim Milk, Cream, Salt, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Sodium Phosphate, Annatto Extract And Apocarotenal [colors], Enzymes, Powdered Cellulose [anticaking]), Mushrooms, Soybean Oil, Nonfat Dry Milk, Food Starch Modified, Salt, Tapioca Flour, Pepper, Garlic Powder), American Cheese (cultured Pasteurized Milk And Skim Milk, Cream, Salt, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Sodium Phosphate, Annatto Extract And Apocarotenal [colors], Enzymes, Powdered Cellulose [anticaking]).

Microwave Instructions: 1. Remove tray from cardboard box. 2. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 4 minutes. 3. Peel back plastic film and stir. Heat an additional 1 minute or until product reaches an internal temperature of 165 degree F. 4. cool for 1 minute. Carefully remove plastic film before serving as the product will be extremely hot. Do not thaw before cooking. Caution: Product will be hot! Product heating instructions developed on an 1100 watt microwave. However, due to variations in equipment, heating time and/or temperature may require adjustment to reach 165 degrees F. Discard or refrigerate any unused portions.
Keep frozen.
