All You Need: 1 stick (1/2 cup) of softened butter (Butter should be completely softened or slightly melted. To soften butter directly from the refrigerator, heat in microwave unwrapped for 10 to 15 seconds); 1/4 cup water. Preparation Instructions: Combine frosting mix and butter in large bowl with mixer on low speed for 1 minute or until blended, scraping bowl constantly. Add water to bowl. Mix on low speed until combined, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl after 15 seconds. Cover and refrigerate frosting for up to 2 weeks.
