Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Heat on a non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil. Sear steaks in a skillet, flipping often, until the steak reaches the desired doneness (145 degrees F (USDA recommended internal temperature is 145 degrees F and 3 minutes rest time) for medium), abut 8 to 15 minutes. Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes to seal in juices. Finish the steak with a drizzle of the Chimichurri Sauce.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
