1. Whisk sauce mix and 1-1/2 cups milk in small sauce pan. Add 1 Tbsp margarine or butter.
2. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
For a lower-fat sauce, feel free to use non-fat milk or omit the margarine.
