Use with gas or charcoal grills. Recommended Instructions for Gas and Charcoal Grills: 1. Start grill. Place 3-4 handfuls of Frontier Smokin' Chips on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil and fold into a flat pouch. 2. Puncture top of pouch in several places with a fork or knife tip and place on grate. 3. When pouch starts smoking, begin to cook. Move pouch to one side of grate over heat to leave room for food. Cooking Tips: Keep a spray bottle of water available in the event flare-ups occur. For maximum smoked flavor, cook with lid closed. Instead of using a foil pouch, chips may be placed in a metal smoker box or sprinkled directly on hot coals. On gas grills, speed up the smoking action of the foil pouch or smoker box by setting temperature to high. Once chips begin to smoke, adjust temperature to the level most suited for your foods.
For best results, store in a dry area or container.
Safety Instructions: Follow all instructions and safety precautions associated with your grilling products. Place grill on flat, level surface away from flammable items, overhangs and trees.
