Cooking Instructions: Microwave in Dish: Remove vegetables from bag and place in microwave safe dish. Add two tablespoons of water and your favorite seasonings. Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes (Due to differences in microwave ovens, heating times may vary). To Freeze: Blanch or steam lightly. Place vegetables in an airtight container and coot in freezer. Once frozen, use within one month.
Serving Suggestions: Saute steamed vegetables with olive oil, drizzle with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar to taste for a savory side dish. Puree cooked vegetables and add to paste sauce, lasagna or pizza. Great for picky eaters!
