When we created our Organic Oak-Aged Vanilla frozen dessert, we were inspired by the art of aging wine in oak barrels. So, we started with the same white oak used for winemaking and combined it with Organic bourbon vanilla and Organic fresh cream, milk and sugar to create a sophisticated vanilla gelato with hints of white oak and bourbon that linger with each bite.
At Talenti, we believe the best process and highest quality ingredients results in the best tasting gelatos, sorbettos and frozen desserts. We start with fresh milk and cream and make frozen dairy desserts from scratch with the highest-quality ingredients sourced from all around the world. We then use an old world process that involves slow cooking our ingredients in smaller batches to bring out unique flavors for a one-of-a-kind dessert. Furthermore, we package our gelato flavors in clear, BPA-free jars to showcase the beautiful gelato inside. When you’re done, recycle or reuse* the jar anyway you like. In addition to Talenti Gelato Layers, Talenti has Dairy-Free Sorbettos, USDA Certified Organic Gelato, flavors that are gluten-free and/or vegan, Gelato with less sugar and our classic Gelato Try all of our flavors and discover why Talenti is Crafted for Taste, Clearly Talenti.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
