Mozzarella (pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Bread Crumbs (white Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Cornstarch, Tapioca Flour, Nonfat Dry Milk, Brown Sugar, Canola Oil, Eggs, Potato Flour, Yeast, Guar Gum, Salt) Eggs, Cornstarch, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Black Pepper.
Directions
Deep Fry Cooking Instructions: (best results) Heat oil to 350 F. Cook for 2-2 1/2 minutes until golden brown. Remove from hot oil and drain on paper towel. Let stand for 2 minutes, cheese will be hot. Oven Cooking Instructions: Pre heat oven 500 F. Please mozzarella sticks in a single layer on a non stick baking sheet in center of oven. Bake for 31/2 minutes and filp over. Bake for an additional 3-4 minutes. Being careful not to overcook as they will open. Let stand for 2 minutes, cheese will be hot. Keep frozen.
