Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Do not refreeze once thawed. Thawing Instruction: Refrigerator. Remove desired quantity of fillets from bag. Remove fillets from individual vacuum pouches. Place fillets in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking. Once thawed, pour off any excess water. Quick Thaw: For quick thaw, remove desired quantity of fillets from vacuum pouches. Rinse under cold running water until completely thawed. Cooking Directions: Bake: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Bake fillets for 6-8 minutes (appliances vary; cooking time are approximate), turning once. Fillets should flake with a fork when done. Fry: Preheat vegetable oil to 375 degrees F.
