Simply delicious pasta - homestyle quality. Italian Village Cheese Tortellini are filled with a flavorful blend of traditional Italian cheeses. Serve them with your favorite sauce or as an ingredient in soups or salads.
Enriched Durum Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Ricotta Cheese (whey, Cream, Vinegar, Salt, Carrageenan), Bread Crumbs (wheat Flour, Soybean Oil, Salt, Yeast), Soybean Oil, Salt, Natural Flavors, Dried Whole Eggs, Romano Cheese (pasteurized Sheep's And Cow's Milk, Rennet, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes).
Do not defrost. If any tortellini are frozen together, do not separate. They will usually separate during cooking. For best results, use stove-top instructions. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Stove-Top Cooking: Boil 4 quarts of water (Option: Add 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking). Add tortellini to boiling water. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve. Microwave Cooking: Mix 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce with a 1/4 cup of water. Place 1 cup of tortellini in a microwavable dish, add sauce and cover. Heat on high power (100%) for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Remove oven carefully as steam is hot (Note: Microwave ovens may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly). Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F.
Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze.
Contains: wheat, milk, eggs.
