balsamic vinegar, onion & sausage pizza - ingredients: 1 our family fire roasted flat bread pizza crust, 1 1/2 cups our family pizza sauce, 1 sweet onion, sliced, 1 tbsp our family butter, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/2 lb spicy pork sausage, 1 1/2 cups our family mozzarella cheese. Directions: spread pizza sauce on pizza crust. Saute onion slices in butter until softened, add balsamic vinegar and cook until all juices are evaporated. In a separate pan, cook the pork until cooked through. Sprinkle the cooked onions and sausage over the pizza sauce. Top with the cheese. Bake in a 400°f oven for roughly 10-15 minutes or until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted. Makes 1 pizza
directions: 1. Remove crust from the package and place on baking sheet. Top with your favorite ingredients. 2. Bake in a preheated 400°f oven for 8-12 minutes or until cheese in the center is melted and the crust is golden brown. 3. Carefully remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving. 4. Refrigerate after opening. Freeze within five days to preserve quality.
