lemon pepper chicken fettuccine with vegetables - serves 8. All you need - 1 box (16 oz) uncooked hy-vee fettuccine, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 1 package (6 oz) hy-vee oven roasted chicken breast strips, 1 bag (16 oz) frozen hy-vee stir fry vegetables, 1 tsp hy-vee lemon pepper seasoning, 1 can (14.5 oz) hy-vee chicken broth, divided, 2 tbsp hy-vee corn starch, 1/3 cup hy-vee shredded parmesan cheese. All you do - 1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain. 2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic, chicken, stir fry vegetables and lemon pepper seasoning. 3. Reserve 1/4 cup chicken broth; Stir remaining broth into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil; Cover and cook 5 minutes. 4. In a small bowl, combine reserved chicken broth and corn starch. Mix well. 5. Add to skillet; Cook and stir until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes. 6. Pour chicken mixture over pasta; Toss to coat. 7. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
