Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Conventional Oven: (1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. (2) Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on ungreased baking pan. (3) Bake uncovered for 70 minutes. (4) Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the product. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 185 degrees F. Deep Fry: (1) Preheat fryer oil to 350 degrees F. (3) Fry for 20 minutes. (4) Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the product. Continue frying until the internal temperature reaches 185 degrees F.
Keep frozen. Cook from frozen no thawing needed.
