In that time, we've gone from selling fresh loaves at local farmers markets to becoming Seattle's largest organic artisan bakery. Today, we continue those time honored techniques and have found a way to prebake and pack our bread so that you can bake it fresh in minutes, right in your own home. French Baguette. A crisp, crunchy crust and light, fluffy center make this baguette a true classic with a hundred uses. Perfect for dipping and loading up with your favorite cheeses and spreads.
Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Water, Sea Salt, Yeast.
Hot & Fresh in Minutes. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Remove bread from packaging and place directly on the center oven rack. 3. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until center is soft and hot to the touch. 4. Remove from the oven and serve hot. Toasting Instructions: 1. Slice and toast to desired crispness. Do not microwave. Grilling Instructions: 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high. 2. Remove bread from packaging and wrap with foil, keeping the top of the loaf exposed for ventilation. 3. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes on the upper rack. 4. Remove from grill and serve hot.
Once opened, store any unbaked bread in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for later use.
