Heat & serve. Heating Instructions: Heat from frozen. Do not defrost. Do not heat in plastic tray. Remove packaging prior to heating. Ensure the product is thoroughly heated (165 degrees F / 74 degrees C) prior to serving. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place pieces 1 inch apart on a baking sheet on middle oven rack for 10-12 minutes, or until mini quiches are golden brown. Microwave Oven: (Based on a 1000 watt microwave.)
