Storage: Store unopened cans of formula at room temperature, After opening can, keep tightly covered with a plastic lid, store in a cool dry area (not in the refrigerator or freezer) and use contents within one month. Avoid extreme temperatures.

To make: 2 -oz bottle, water: 2 fl oz, powder: 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7g); To make: 4-oz bottle, water: 4 fl oz, powder: 2 unpacked level scoop (17.4g); To make: 6-oz bottle, water: 6 fl oz, powder: 3 unpacked level scoop (26.1g); To make: 8-oz bottle, water: 8 fl oz, powder: 4 unpacked level scoop (34g). 3. Cap bottle, shake vigorously until powder is dissolved, then attach nipple. 4. Feed immediately, or cover and refrigerate prepared formula. Use within 24 hours.
