Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Raw Product: Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as verified by a food thermometer. Cooking Instructions: For food safety and quality, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F prior to eating. This product is raw. Prepare from frozen state. Appliances vary, adjust cook times as needed. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Conventional Oven (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray baking pan with vegetable oil. Place desired frozen portions on baking pan. Bake in 450 degrees F oven for approximately 10 minutes, then turn over and bake another 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as verified by a food thermometer. Fryer: Fry product from frozen, do not thaw. Preheat fryer/vegetable oil to 350 degrees F. Deep fry in 350 degrees F oil for 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as verified by a food thermometer. Pan-Fry: Place 1/4 inch - 1/2 inch vegetable oil in large fry pan. Place pan over medium high heat and preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Place frozen product in pan and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as verified by a food thermometer. Microwave (Not Recommended): Place frozen portions on a microwave safe plate. To heat gravy, submerge gravy packs in boiling water and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
